None that should be taken lightly. 

In light of that, I don't understand why others earlier in this thread said the lender's bid was not allowed to exceed the judgment / debt. 

For now I'll just remember to tread lightly when I hear someone's in pre-foreclosure, and seek more advice.

So heres a quick update on today , i stopped by the property during day light to get a good look inside.

A light bulb went off in my head recently where I concluded that real estate is probably the best investment to aid me in achieving my goals.

Domestic hot water, and; Electricity adequate for lighting and any mechanical equipment within the home.

Maybe some landscaping added in.

Are there any female investors (particularly in the Atlanta area...but I'd be happy to get insight from anyone, no matter your gender or geographical location) that can shed some light on how you are treated, whether it be fair or unfair as well as any tips you have on getting other investors and members of the real estate community to take you as seriously as one of the guys?

I was with an organization once where one of our drivers ran a light and killed another driver (a young girl) and seriously injured her father, and even that case ended up settled at $1 million.

But Rich Dad definitely opened my eyes and gave me the "ah ha" moment when a light bulb seemed to come on and changed my philosophy on jobs/investment etc.jeff
