How inspiring!

Hello,I’ve started my journey into investing in real estate investing with some inspiration from the book “ rich dad, poor dad”I wanted to ask how you guys analyze deals (ofc using the BP calculator) and how do you analyze a market besides a simple google search.Any response is much appreciated!

Wow, this place is so inspiring. 

I think I have a lot of limiting beliefs since I know duplexes can be bought at a good discount but I just don’t feel like it’s realistic that I will find one on the MLS with such little experience and be able to close on it.Thanks for any advice or inspiration, everything is appreciated.

I lived in San Diego for 5 years and this gives me a lot of inspiration to accomplish this in the expensive Miami/Ft Lauderdale market.
