We do not want to be a lender or have our name taken off the title unless they can pay the “due on sale” mortgage. 

The reason they sell those insurance plans is because they make a lot of money off of them.If a $1,000 unexpected expense will cause a problem for you, it may make sense to have that insurance.

We are newer to the real estate world and looking to connect with local investors, and for off market deals from wholesalers.

Charge what you need but be sure and pay it off before the introductory rate expires. 

I keep a pocket notepad and cross completed tasks off.
