Currently I list it on AirBnB when I am out of town, and previously I had questioned this purchase because of all the negativity surrounding condos on BP.

Currently worth 306K with a 234K mortgage.

or are currently working on plans to tap into that source of funding?

I’m gonna be moving soon and currently have a cleaner for my STR and I handle the rest which is fine while I’m around the area, but moving states away I’m not sure on how I’m gonna do this  and I will have 2 separate units.

I'm currently under contract with another property and this company has already had me pay for appraisal and is trying to get me to order insurance, but I still haven't received an initial disclosure or anything like it confirming the interest rate and everything. 

we own a piece of property that currently has 2 4 unit buildings on it, and we are in the planning phase of building 16 additional units on the property. the financing doesn’t seem to be an issue, but we are having difficulty wrapping our heads around the steps / sequence we should be doing things.
