I can think of so many scenarios where a buyer would walk if they were not engaged in conversation.

That was the conversation that we had with Richard and countless others who want smaller loans; the no income verification product we offer won't work because of the loan amount.We do offer loan products that go down to 50K, but often times, the local banks and credit unions have more flexibility with income and want to grow their deposit base.

Always keep an eye of leads/conversions as that'll give you a frame work to eliminate or down bid on keywords that aren't bringing in the relevant traffic/leads to maximize your ROI.

I'm also looking at building Accessory Dwelling Units, but am thinking of starting with mere garage conversions...this approach seems to be more cheap and simple.

And now you are starting to see the SFH conversions west of Western and the same thing is going to happen pushing renters west and up to AP.  

Hopefully the conversation goes well and I can avoid having to work with a property management company.
