That's a personal preference thing though.But since the LVREIC ones have turned into pitch fests (and attendance has WAY declined as a result since late 2011, which of course is still way below the 2007 highs, but still was decent for post-crash) and the same speakers over and over (Glen Plantone for the 3rd or 4th time in a year or so?)

. $600K judgement and my umbrella policy declining the claim due to some nonsense technicality. that's a game over for many of us. and it does not matter if u have ur properties in LLC or not. if u do all the work urself or you are the one who hires out ...LLC will not help. everybody gets named in the lawsuit. if u lose ..you, all ur LLCs and all other assets u have interest in are at stake.It is funny when I read about “my attorney advised this”, “ my accountant suggested this” …many of you fail to realize …this is not YOUR attorney or YOUR accountant.

4 months is a LIFETIME in a declining or volatile market.The lender probably wanted the appraiser to weigh more recent properties data more heavily even though it's not an exact match.Remember on exit the rehab sale price you have to account for market changes.When buying this property did you look at the last 6 months data and get statistics on pricing drop averages??
