Why bother?  

Too many to list.However, if you are already defeated then why bother educating? 

The tenant may very well decide to stay though, and in that case, I'm comfortable allowing them to stay there below market with reasonable yearly increases for inflation and whatnot since the tenant in question is long term (2018), causes no issues, and rarely bothers me for anything.

I am not an agent and i do not want to bother other agents with 100 addresses a day. 

First thing, I wouldn't even bother looking at a property if I couldn't get 1 percent of the purchase price in rents.  

Wow I know this post is old but I'm curious to know why "BiggerPockets" even bothers to list them on the Resources Tab for Hard Money Lenders?  

What bothers me is I’m no expert on sump pumps but this can’t be normal to have it pumping even in below zero weather, please correct me if I’m wrong and this is normal. 

We also had some contractors delay us by not communicating and rescheduling (after we had to bother them).

My rule of thumb is to go ahead and tack on about 2% of the value of the home as an expense for property taxes.I have gone through the property tax valuation protest process which is fairly painless and easy when I think the county Central Appraisal District clearly has it wrong, but otherwise don't bother.  

How many time I cleaned the dumpster area because they didn't even bother to make it in the can.
