Bathrooms in progress.

We tiled the bathrooms and kitchens, replaced two missing compressors, repainted and repaired various drywall and carpentry issues and refinished the hard wood floors that were under carpet when we bought the place and we fenced in the back yard.

Marketing is key and trust me the apartment does not have to be luxurious but it needs to be painted, with new vanities, I prefer laminate flooring vs carpet.

New bathroom and electrical fixtures and painting. 

I tell her I am out of town for the holiday , Try a plunger and if that doesnt work go home and use your bathroom.

Dated tile counter tops, black and white checkered tile floors, dated upstairs bathrooms - all told the house has SEVEN different types of flooring. 

I assume it has original kitchen (likely not original appliances) and bathrooms - will you have to update them to stay competitive with the market?

I would like to change up the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, repaint and tear down a fake, unpermitted wall. 

The bathroom got a new toilet, vanity and flooring.

Comps are def something your agent can help you with but you will want to compare things like, sq footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc.
