Hello Everyone, I am someone that have acquired properties buying REO properties, or private sale.  

They work with 7-11, and (Ace Cash Express, which sounds like a small # of locations and I also hear they are losing them too), but 7-11 not in my area so need a new cash rent payment option. appfolio offers payment integration only with paynearme (for cash payments at least) Family Dollar is being acquired by Dollar Tree, so its possible paynearme could pick up dollar tree / family dollar in the future, but I doubt it.

Eric, Let me first say that is a nice "problem" to have, I think quite a few of us are quite jealous that you have been able to acquire that amount of passive income.

Following recent news of Zillow acquiring Trulia, Move made a move today. 

When that first property is performing well, the next one will be easier to acquire because you have strong cash flow and a track record.So my suggestion, use financing to purchase the first one and keep as much of your money in your pocket as possible.

Until, it comes to a time when you want to focus on paying them off rather then acquiring more.  

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their strategy for acquiring more buy and hold investment property.
