Using my method I didn't come up with a great way to determine what the lag time of the data would be in the 1 county where the level of delinquency seemed to be correct.

@Eric R StofaThat’s an interesting concept as the “sum of the parts” is probably worth more than the value of a SFR with an ADU.When I built my ADU my city had me sign a covenant that I would not sell the two separately.

New to the real estate investing and the BRRRR method seems like the most optimal way to go.
