Just imagine if a prior tenant walked right in and robbed or murdered the current tenants and you contributed by forgetting to change the locks

On 10 of my acres I have 50 pads that are somewhat spaced apart but I couldn't even imagine having close to 200 pads sharing the same space?

I can't imagine it's different in any other state.

Blood is pouring out of my ripped elbow so I grab it and put pressure on it.  

It stretches the imagination to think a seller would not be aware of a "sizable" lien.  

I'm imagining the worst...like a murder suicide occurred, poltergeist or glued down shag carpeting lol.

I really hadn't considered the repercussions of this on it's rent ability, until I imagined lugging a sofa-bed up the steps!

I was thinking about using black shingles as they will match every imaginable paint scheme.Here are a couple pictures showing the original color.

I think any newer house with a block foundation compared to poured concrete may show more cracking anywhere in the country.
