@Chai Sag Do you know anything about the Fort Lee/Edgewater area for condos?

In fact one of the MHC's that we cleaned up on the Caloosahatchee  River in Fort Meyers was rezoned for a high rise Condo Hotel; certainly not a viable option for all the displaced residents that resided in that MHC before Charley.

They just bought a property management company they were affiliated with in Fort Myers FL, and it's in the early stages so not sure what the results are.

More active than most neighborhoods I've seen.In six years of full-time RVing, two years living with snowbirds in South Texas, two years living with snowbirds in Fort Myers Florida, and seven years of living in the winters with snowbirds in Casa Grande, Arizona, I can assure you that I have found hundreds if not thousands of couples that are extremely happy living on much less than $500,000 in assets and much less than $5000 per month of passive income.

The place that stood out was Fort Worth TX.

Two other Texas cities — Fort Worth and Corpus Christi — are in the top five on the large-city rankings — at No. 3 and No. 5, respectively.

I use Independence title in Fort Lauderdale...you can google there info There very competent and work well with wholesalers and Investors.

I have one rental in Fort Collins Colorado that is currently being renovated.

My preference is Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and North Miami-Dade County but will look anywhere in Florida where opportunity lies.  

Looking to connect with aspiring architects or developers in Lee County ( Fort Myers , Cape Coral , Bonita Springs , Lehigh Acres ) or Denver County.
