When you find a better brand they don’t sell at the big box often times you get all brass construction with commercial grade parts meant to last 20-30 years for real.

I know a few firefighters & police officers who retired around that age then learned construction went and started their own companies.  

The property itself, the bones, are in really good shape (except for the piers underneath the back addition).The foundation is excellent.

The only thing I can offer would be my time, I can help if your doing a rehab (moving things, construction, maintaining, etc.)

I have the construction contacts and access to funds for the ground up construction (1 building at a time).   

My investor partners bring some or all of the cash to purchase the project and fund any equity gap to kick off construction.

What happens if the basement is built during initial construction?
