In fact I’m sure some turnkey investors do very well.The veterans around here can give far better advice how to analyze turnkeys, but as a start:Use sites like realtor.com and zillow to get a ballpark value (look at the comps).

The contractor now has his father up from down south also living there taking care of the place & at least it looks well maintained.Another option we have found is approach veterans who as a group are often interested in CFD until they can get their credit corrected.I know these are unique situations but trust me they are out there.Never give up& Good luck.
