What I’m afraid of is that this tenant got worked up over something I would’ve considered a small thing and I wouldn’t want to have to deal with these types of responses in the future when rent is late or when something bigger becomes an issue.that being said I also do like that this tenant is communicating their concerns to me.

I would also keep an eye on what types of properties, with what features are moving faster than others.

Based on the type of loan your collateralization will be 10/15/35/40 percentB.  

Figure out what type of asset class is your target, go to meetups, build relationships.

As an agent, there are TONS of resources for this type of approach.

However, I’m not actively looking in NC mainly because I would like something relatively close to where I live, especially if any type of rehab is needed.

Its hard to answer these types of question without real numbers. 

I would definitely be interested in learning more about those types of loans.  

Since I am living far away from the STR property,  I am interested in knowing if anyone has had any success or issues with this type of long distance STR model?
