So, either he is just a lazy house keeper and likes to make idle threats, or he is truly the pathetic, greedy ahole I believe him to be because he hopes I will write him a check for $15,000 to come here, walk around the streets and point to contractors working on a house, then tell me those are the people I should be talking to.

Hi everyone,My property has a cell phone tower on its roof, and I just received a letter from the carrier saying they've decommissioned some of their microwaves, and that they want us to reduce rent in light of this usage change.There's an implied threat of terminating the lease ("<carrier> will similarly consider this site's viability and continue to evaluate alternatives").Now, I assume they'd have to at least stick around for the next several years until the end of the current arm of our lease, but I do enjoy the stability of having a much longer term lease with them.So... is this just a bluff, to shake out people who are easy?

I'm a realtor in the Phoenix area of Arizona, and we're not seeing as much of a slowdown as you might expect.Yes, it will have some impact, but it's not like housing demand suddenly disappears overnight because of some virus.Did a couple open houses last weekend and have 5-6 people through a day like it was nothing.
