Anyone have tile roofing in Florida that insurance denied damage on or only paid for a REPAIR?

There is some repair costs needed to touch up the place like carpet and fresh paints, will this be something that we will need to do prior to having the tenant/buyer accepting into the property?

That seems like a large amount for a condo that only requires repairs within the unit. 

I think to start when we are able to get our first property we would be doing the labor ourselves of fixing and repairing since I can do it under my contractor license.
