I love it!

Trying to help someone out and would love to see what we can do. 

I've done some of own research online and in videos but would love some insight from brokers or investors that have done this themselves.

I own all of my investment properties here and work with a lot of out-of-state investors in both the east and west coast that love investing here for the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities that we have here.

I loved watching the real estate investing shows like Flip this House.

If you have been (or know someone) who has been scammed, I would love to learn more about that experience if you/they are willing to share it! 

So maybe some bias, but I don't think it's on this massive boom upwards all the agents there loved to tell me.

Would love to connect and share the deals I'm seeing in the Midwest.

Would love to have the opportunity to get experience without one but I've seen, in other industries at least, a chicken and the egg problem. 

I have the Schlage and I love the lock, but unless AirBnB is integrating with them to generate a code that only works during the guest's booking time I wouldn't be interested in this.
