In reference to your topic I started off locating absentee owners and it was a roller coaster it requires a lot of research because when you find someone who acts like they want to do the deal they are never 100% honest about the house and whose connected to it, and always remember when someone walks always from a house that's never good you are instantly looked upon as the person who can fix it all.

Finding another good full time job here is like winning the lottery. it's  not that i dont want to work but there must be away I ddon't end up having to pay taxes on top.

The likelihood of finding a deal on the MLS that is "flippable" is less than winning the power-ball lottery.  

One who continues to advance will win in the end."

The only people who win when you open up an LLC for every property is your lawyer, accountant, and the banks.
