However, you can simply ask the realtor these questions and the answers are so incredibly easy to find.

In this case, the terms/requirements/conditions on the website are incredibly vague and non-specific, so there's really nothing to "honor" since nothing was nailed down in detail.

Best part about it, it is in incredible shape, it was very clean and well-kept.
