Do the tenants cut the grass?

Run down homes, vacant homes, burnt out shells of homes, empty plots with who knows hidden in the four foot tall grass.

It was a great gig for a while - the real estate opportunities fed the marketing opportunities, which in turn fed the real estate opportunities and so on...

I feel like the most common violations are for not have your owner information on the property, not cutting grass, tuck pointing/ parapet walls and porches in disrepair.

LOL I guess there are "secrets"  in real estate.Maybe if you use a smart phone, it will tell you where you spend most of your time......if the feds are looking at you, they will find out. 

And if you want to argue that a buyer is paying it because he brings the money to the table, lets keep on going and say that they buyer got it from his job, who got it from their customer, who got it from the bank, who got it from the FED.

Grass is always mowed and they actually planted flowers outside.

People always think the grass is greener in some far off place instead of looking within driving distance.

These newbies don't, and they've been fed a line of garbage about making BIG PROFITS.

My parents have been cooperating until now for few weeks of showing here and there, but now they are fed up based on the landlord's indifference to our parents' convenience.
