A few of the GCs I've spoken with are hooked on tech wealth and ignorance of home building, so they prefer to help these startup employees build their "forever" home (ie charge $700 per square foot). thanks!

You, as project manager (which is what you are if you are in charge of your building project), must be able to project your vision to architects, city or county planning groups, your financiers, your subcontractors and their employees.

It has no employees and I intend to sub contract the property manager to a 3rd party.

There is a large possibility we might want to sell our home within the next year for a very large profit, but doing so would put us in the very tough position of finding an affordable home (less than $350K) here in the Boise area.

Even GCing some of the turns myself in house it can be tough to do turns for less than 6-8k when you I do heavy turns.  

Contractors right now as you are aware are tough to deal with.

Financing is tough with a new company.

I am a construction manager by day and I know it’s been tough finding quality guys.

So I own a company (S-corp LLC) that works around Florida,I have some employees staying in Sarasota in working there some weekends a week, instead of every time paying for hotels and AIRBNB for them, I would like to buy a house (under another LLC that I opened) and make a contract between my two LLC's to rent this unit - paying myself instead random hotels and Airbnb's - So they can stay there.
