With what you suggested with the C/Q notice (which this is actually the first time I heard of this before, since I believe I heard this called by another name), would you happen to know if BP provides that form within Landlord Forms that are able to be downloaded by state? 

I also keep all my finances for rentals/remodels on a single card so it's easy to pull transactions and build reports from a bank download.

It's also foolish to download contracts from the internet because you have no clue what those contracts contain.

If you don't check the homeowner box, then they will think it's a contractor, even if you were to sub all the work and you own the house you need a license # and a actual copy to put in the folder.
