The health department has gotten a little more strict lately and you will have to manage the stream buffer in addition to well locations.

@Joe Splitrockmy credit situation isnt bad just under 700 and i work for the fire department,which i would be using that income to re-invest into the property. i guess a better question would be which would you suggest as fha or conventional for someone looking to owner occupy as a first time home buyer?
