We plan to use the home currently for about maybe 2 months out the year and would like to rent it out the remainder of the year on Short term rental.

CONTEXT-(30k in credit card debt, split between 4 cards, mostly in charged off status)(one vehicle loan that was charged off, is now caught up to current, not paid off, 50k original loan amount)(some card companies are contacting me trying to make a deal, so likely only have to pay 20k of debt off.

I currently have a full-time career as a senior engineer in the aerospace industry, but I’ve always been interested in real estate, and I view REI as a way to supplement my future retirement.I’m interested in initially doing fix and flips to build up capital for buy and hold investments in multi-family properties, and I have about $200K in home equity that I can leverage to get started.

Hello, I am currently in the beginning stages of building my first SS facility.  

I just recently found one and am currently under contract on a 3bd/2bth w/ an ADU....been looking and watching the market weekly, if not daily for 8 months.

Prices are keep going down and rentals up.My portfolio currently is in Lewisville and it is giving good performance.Denton has Xplex and other MF but they don't have a good return.

Current loan is 420k and value at 545k, credit score 740+.
