Once you start networking with agents, lenders, and investors, you will learn WAY more and start to build a network surrounding your goals.

In NC we use real estate attorneys for closings.

That money can very easily disappear if for some reason you aren't able to close.

Try to get your wifi router on the same level as close as possible to the lock (<20 feet should give you great signal strength), and your Schlage Encode wifi reception should be in good shape.
