Hi all, Trying to check the temperature on how people are thinking about FL's new inspections and reserves law (which will impact anyone with a condo or a coop in a building 3-stories or taller).

Check with your state, but that is how I would expect it to work in most places.

I would double or triple check your numbers, though.

@Jordan Solomon out of curiosity have you actually cross checked the numbers by the Do Not Call Registry first?

You set up the loan with the lender: you will need to send them some common things like entity paper work, executed contract, rehab budget, insurance, void check, an application maybe.

I'd reach out to the foreclosing counsel for the lender to double check.  

I think the best and most realistic way to see if your pricing is in line with the market is to check your competition.
