Some of the Airbnbs we have stayed at (and we have stayed at a bunch) provide a welcome packet of information - filled with such information as local tourist attractions, nearby restaurants, a map, list of places to go shopping, etc.

They are used to attract a investors to pool money for institutional investments.

I do think that if you build that thing and it is done well, it would attract investors, and YOU will make money.. but you will eventually get a ton of reviews saying that  the product is cool but it is not generating any more deals than without it.That is my prediction, because it is still limiting on the performance of DMM, and DMM has a crappy efficiency score.

Lists do not target or attract motivation.A true system looks like thisAll free all motivated, all effortless and all on autopilot.

They don't have mass tourism but they are emerging touristic spots (Brazil has an established domestic tourism market).There is another element that makes short-term rentals very attractive in Latin America in general.

If these nominal metrics are attractive, usually the financials are positive. 

I hope that the future will prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath for it.

Super attractive when you look at it online b/c of the price point and location but if a deal is ever 'too good' to be true, theres a reason!
