Hello, amazing community, With many contractors making false promises for a specific work completion date - we learn to always establish a specific day/time of a particular task being done and include this into the contract.

Not an easy task. 

Even though I have my guys handle most of our PM tasks, I still do the final interview personally before we sign a lease.In almost 14 years we had zero evictions (but a few cash for keys) and never a really trashed property.

I have a few others I cycle through for specific tasks, but Wynn takes the cake in all around excellence!
