I'm picking up a property and I'm trying to figure out the best way to redesign this kitchen.

You can have improper installations and sealing and breathability issues in a property.

do what some SOB did to us.... steal it from an Open House & re-program it :) I did get several from a garage door installer who did a couple of door replacements for us.

He was a little upset people turn hallway lights on, and don't turn it off, and want to install infrared sensors that automatically turn the lights on and off, volunteered to pay for it himself.

For example, my bathroom demo and rehab, I see the end result in my mind, but I get hung up in little things in the process like hindsight, analysis paralysis, and reluctance to install something in the wrong order only to see myself having to redo it later and ballooning my budget out of control. 

Does anyone have a generic move-out letter that basically explains the move out procedure to mom and pop tenants.I have a commercial property in which the tenant wishes to remove some installed fixtures.Some of it is dental equipment, chairs etc that they had installed.  

A $2000.00 corner Jacuzzi is in master bedroom ready to be installed, A/C central unit hooked up outside, bathroom & kitchen needs to be finished.

Can anyone recommend a company that can supply the carpet and install it without breaking the bank?

The previous owner had installed laminate flooring in the bathroom and it came up, the vanity had some water damage, and the wall had some mold. 

(hint: it didn't even require a tool) There are times though when it makes a lot of sense to let the professionals do their thing - I will install fans , electrical outlets , toilets, garbage disposals, shower heads and other menial tasks  - but when it comes to outdoor ( high voltage) electricity , large trees, A/C work, and things of that nature  - I let the pros do the work.
