I’m new to investing, and i would like to know the best method to use when Rehabbing a dingle Family Home.

I think the BRRRR method of investing is hands down best way to get started.

IIf you want to be very active, then $50K can Cash Flow pretty well finding a Class C/B property, renovating it, and renting it out using the BRRRR method in certain markets in the Midwest or Southeast.

I am not an expert at any of these things, but working on projects with experienced contractors has taught me a lot about construction methods, but more so taught me about how professionals operate in the biz.I have also attended architecture school at UNC- Charlotte. 

I’m a new investor solely concentrating on the BRRRR method, and man I’m having a hard time finding leads.

I'm excited to begin investing some cash in buy and hold rental properties along with implementing the BRRR method. 

Using this data you can impute neighborhood rental vacancy rates using various geo-statistical methods. 

That's the only way to consistently use the BRRRR method successfully.  

Of course, there are other methods but I would start with that one first.  

While that isn't a ton of capital, it is a solid enough chunk to get started in any of the methods of REI that you mentioned.
