I personally believe given the relation to supply and demand, that slight rate increases will INCREASE not slow volume, and press prices more sharply up, as a motivator to action.

How many people have heard don't go into real estate, get a solid respectable job, throw the extra money in a 401k, and retire at 65 in front of the tv.
