I would say select the markets you have interest in ( and I am sure everyone else here will tell you their market is so great ) but do your research then do research on the TK company and go from there. 

Everyday is a battle to stay focused, because there is so many other things that I am suppose to be doing.

In these times of deficit government spending, self directed IRAs are an increasing target because the penalties are so harsh and the subsequent tax windfall is so high for the government.Be careful, my friend.  

One of the best things about living in the US is that it is so easy to fail at business, get back up, dust your self off, and try again -- with all of that new knowledge.I'm planning to borrow millions of dollars within the next year or two and cash flow 500k/year when the dust settles. 

But this is so rare, I wouldn't factor this (or any appreciation, my opinion) into your purchase decision and how much you are willing to pay.

How do I succeed when my husband is so against this and it keeps causing arguments between us?

The meth problem in my area is so bad I just assume that EVERY lower end rental has at least been smoked in at some point.

Probably doesn't help right now but once I hit  5 units I went commercial with all of my loans and pulling money out is so much easier than residential. 

If all this wasn’t enough in supporting the status quo, a few legislators and DORA working with the CAI have proposed a Bill (even before the law is fully implemented) to change licensing rules to further promote CAI educational courses and membership, allowing the CAI to partner with and complete DORA responsibilities of credentialing, testing, and grading CAM applicants, and gaining exclusions selected CAI members.Licensing of CAMs in Colorado is truly the fox watching over the henhouse and exemplifies why it is so difficult to bring trust and participation from citizens in our government.
