I think with a little work I can get it's value up to be a small flip/better than break even.... but I really don't know.Both interiors are in good shape, 1 could probably use some updating, but everything is functional.The exterior looks a bit rough.

If it's an entirely new office then I would consider the logistics about roles and if the 2nd office needs internal support.

The windowless bedroom cannot have a window installed because all 4 walls are interior :( The only way to convert it into a 2 bedroom would be to knock down walls and build a wall in the livingroom to convert it into a bedroom.

Will knock down interior walls to open the space after the first year.

@Stephanie Lackie Your lender may have overlays internally.

It's selling for a discount because it needs a good amount of interior renovations.
