I live in Virginia and it is not common in our area to bring your own kitchen appliances to a rental home.

I store my duck boats in 2 garages, my riding mowers in another garage, my vette in another, my dump truck in another, and I've got a bunch of appliances in another.

What all appliances does everyone include?

.- Appliances: stove and oven, refrigerator- Chimney- Large front porch shared with 1st floor residents- Separate front door entrance, basement access is through a staircase at the rear of the house next to kitchen- Street parking (we have a tight, shared driveway and can't accommodate off street parking)Important note: The first two tenants moving in will be relatives of me and my husband (a nephew and a cousin), but the rest of the workers moving in, in the future I likely won't know.I have a small back yard where my husband and like to make fires and hang out when the weather is nice.

Appliances - (assuming these are the landlords and stay with the property) - how soon might I need to replace them?

The 20amp electrical circuit that wall heaters will be on does not have any appliances on it and does not run through the kitchen.
