I also think it is important because we still have a subset of the population that is comfortable with cable tv but not in operating smart tv streaming services.Then I have Smart TVs everywhere loaded with all of the popular apps.  

Hopefully people living in high app markets like SF, Seattle etc take notice and look in their own backyard before venturing out into low app OOS simply because barriers to entry are lower.

I'd hold off on charging people any app fees until a unit came available that they're eligible for.

STR's management fees are often 20-38% depending on area.Personally, I would not manage a STR for less than 25%.Make sure you are comparing apples to apples with regards to all services, what is included and what is not included.
