I'm not sure about your area, but where I am in New Jersey, it's illegal to decline tenants just because they hold section 8 vouchers.You'd have to decline them for credit, etc.gosection8.com has some good info as well as HUDs web site.

4000 for sale in my county, 30 closings lastmonth.Spring Hill is an area I was exploring online today.I have no credit but most sellers don't seem to care now,since I work through the web and have 7k to put down.I'm torn between accepting a deal for owner financed homes ranging from 50-170k or just buying some land outright and dragging a trailer onto it.I like the thought of being able to tell anyone to 'get out of my yard!'
