However we are at the point in our life where the decisions we make now will establish and shape our financial future/retirement, and so it’s time to “pick something and go all in”.

I am an intern currently working for a property management firm in the DFW area and I have been seeing a trend that people are much more reluctant to rent high-end homes.

How has failure shaped your life?

At least the areas I looked at, did not have specific builders owned chunks of contiguous lots, where you can clearly see data trends.

Even the most simple of comments can help change or shape perspective.I wish you all the best in your investments and life! 

It's not a big deal for the landlord, except for when people drop by unannounced, no appointment, and get all bent out of shape when they find out it's only half the house for twice the rent.But a scam is a scam, and it needs to be stopped somehow.

In no way, shape or form do I want to take advantage of the process or their ability.

The security deposit should cover most of your cost getting the unit back into rentable shape once your tenant left.
