(no co mingling funds, articles of organization, record keeping, meetings..Etc.)There is no tax advantage that I am aware of, but it does keep your name off of the public records. 

The Big organizations already have their templates and methods.

I'm one of those that doesn't charge for the initial meeting but, as Steven and Michael both mentioned, the initial meeting is just to see if we're a good fit.The first thing I ask is "tell me what you've got going on" and then I let them free form for a while.This tells me how organized they are, how sophisticated they are, etc. 

I know smaller returns and more hands in the investment but as we always say in BP, just need to start and get going and I only have 1 other property right now with a very busy life and young kids, sports etc but that is also the reason I need to build it faster as well.Thanks BP,Jeremy

That means sports tournaments, events, weddings, etc. are all being relocated to our state.
