You could do a problem solving conversations with her - hasn't she had to deal with trash at former residences, is she willing to pay someone to take her turn, is she violating a "get along with the neighbors" clause, etc.Good luck!

Yeah, Richard S. you're right but I think the issue is to find a more economical way to solve the problem of having to move the unit.The external trap you mentioned will also work but the indoor dryer vent I'm talking about is a commercial product in most cases,but it can also be used for residential applications.

In my area, it seems that the FHA Case number is always provided... but I have no clue if this this is really always the case.
