I think the important thing is that they want to be heard AND know that you're going to take care of the place.Mentioning legal action is not a smart move here in my experience.

My goal with the potential of renting on Turo is to simply transform a "dumb" decision into a "smart(er)" decision.I know there are other costs and that I might barely break even renting on Turo.
