Memphis, in my state, at the beginning of the COVID situation had a surprisingly large young population that got sick, but again it was the drug addicts and partying atmosphere that spread it and hit that population hard.I have a special needs baby who has medical appointments 3 to 5 times a week.

I know from other purchases the lender usually wants a copy of recent pay stubs to verify employment, but I also understand that some lenders actually call HR on the day before the clear to close or thereabouts.I am currently employed, but I am out on medical leave for several months.

Sure, someone could have accumulated some medical bills that adversely affected their credit, but if there are a series of late credit card/car payments, judgements, etc., is that someone you'd really want to rent to?
