What I've witnessed is the winner giving the auction official the name of the entity purchasing the property and then leaving to bring the funds within a time window.

I do have major components to consider: a new elevator, sprinkler system, roofing, windows, ADA ramps, etc and some of the buildings will require a minimum Phase 1 study and likely a Phase 2 in most circumstances.

Also there are sliding mirrored doored closets off the hallway and vanity areas.
