I would suggest connecting with a real estate focused accountant. 

When you pay 'All cash" you get the benefit of being able to avoid the typical (6 month) title seasoning wait to pull out cash.There are a couple of options under this program but very simple for the most part. 

My suggestion would be to expand your network of wholesalers unless you're inclined to take on the tasks yourself (such as calling, driving for dollars, marketing, etc.).
