I have attended a couple of "guru" seminars and contacted a couple of mentors that would like you to invest 10k-20k as a retainer for partnership/education. 

I've attended a few seminars here in the area as well in addition to listening to Jay Morrison and real estate teachings.

Armed with a little bit of knowledge after attending one seminar and my 1st bootcamp (whohooo!)

I recently spent some money for a 3 day seminar at Property Bank at the end of which they asked for more money.Although I really enjoyed the seminar, I am still researching whether or not this is the best way to start real estate investing. 

if anyone is interested.They hold free events in a city (in my case Irvine) but they claim they don't sell education, coaching, mentoring, software or more seminars.

Why do you think big guys travel all over with seminars saying they will partner on deals?? 

I strongly recommend reading profit first or watching a YouTube seminar of it for its wisdom and humor.

I keep thinking I am getting text messages and would like to have some control over this feature and when it alerts me.
