Hi @Joe Black, I have done it before and it's always charged to the company's card but make sure you are reasonable, keep track of everything and break down all expenses at the end of each trip.

(Which happens to have a PM company that I am the PM of) I manage all of the properties that they own, however, they make payments to my business name as "property management"I want to start producing business cards, a website, and really market myself and MY OWN property management company.

I have one credit card which is my only line of credit so far.

Get their business card, share your background, and let them know if there is anything you can do to help them - you would be interested  (the idea is to offer them some value).
