Our solution is to work with individual trades and manage the process to be sure we get the city exactly what it needs.

What is correct is the extent of documenting a loan file, but there was a bit of an issue in another post saying to count all other income.There are guidelines as to what income can be considered to compute the DTI and some family income that is not reliable or shows a consistent earnings may not be counted, some wouldn't even qualify as a compensating factor.

So from going back and reading my own post, it sounds as if I was looking for a reliable partner.
