For example, i have looked at town homes, 4plexs, single family homes, Modular homes, etc. when i look at each one of these, they all have there different qualities. but New Modular homes seem to feel like they might be an easier investment to get started with to get my feet wet. they are cheaper, and they look like they would make a higher profit in renting them out.I hope my question is clear, and thanks for your help

Either from the broker/office manager or from the company itself.One thing that I have noticed that really sets agents apart is how much and the quality of training do they receive as a new agent.Best of luck to you and your wife in her new profession.

You'll want to usethe standard contract so that the person you assign itto will see it as "standard" and usual, and not someamateurish contract that might not stand up.
