Your tenant could dig her heels in and you might have to give her cash for keys.I would try for a firm but frank discussion "this is not working out-it was not a great idea" and don't get talked into any second chances.

I do think the detriments are worthy of mention too...they include higher prices as SF is being is being sold and turned into short term, which digs into an already inventory poor market.
