Can you provide a few suggestions.I decided to pm you as just as some feel others that praise DHM are advertisers, I certainly didn’t want raise doubt for all viewers, as I have no proof one way or another.Thank you advise is helpful.So Christi looks like this person did not have the same experience that you did.. as you maybe a tougher negotiator I suspect they are very good at what they do on the back end

They bring folks back to earth in regard to there is risk, not leveraging to the nth degree and have really honed in on their niche. 

I’ve attended a few webinars about investing in multi family homes, and like the prospect of steady monthly income, but I am also able to provide financing myself though years of savings and the settlement result.

Multis need for be closer to $200 with 10% down.

If you’re looking to buy your first property look for a multi family property.

They hire the first guy in the phone book or - more likely - the one that advertises the lowest fees or gives the slickest sales pitch.

I just purchased a multi-unit apartment complex that came with an onsite property manager. 

Since then I have become fascinated in Long Distance Real Estate Investing but I'm still trying to figure out what areas(location) and business(SFH, Multi, Apartment) to focus on.
